i cook ....Conchiglie

quick healthy lunch idea  .....

since i lovvve pasta a keep trying new recipes and of course healthy ones :)



five easy steps


1) Boil the Conchiglie (shells) medium size
2) meanwhile you fry the chicken breast cut into cubes

3)add the pasta to the pan then the fresh mushrooms , broccoli and the chicken

4)add Gruyere and fondel cheese mixed together
5)last step add the bachamel sauce make sure you spread all over  the pan
Baking time !!!!!

tip:broccoli is a great source for vitamins  A,C,,and E that help reduce wrinkles and improve overall skin texture
